Welcome to Staffordshire STEM Centre
Bringing inspiration, knowledge and practical support to the classroom
The Staffordshire STEM Centre is a non profit organisation delivering enrichment and enhancement activities for Primary, Secondary and Post 16 Education.
We design and deliver engaging activities to inspire and motivate young people in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM). Working closely with Teachers, Ambassadors, Employers and Strategic Partners, we aim to transform the STEM learning experience of students and teachers alike.
Here’s what schools say about us!
“The children thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and it was great to see them working well together. Instructions given were clear and pitched at the right level. We would all like to say a big thank you to the course leaders and would recommend Staffordshire STEM Centre to all schools.” St Lukes C.E. Primary, Silverdale - Cranky Crane Activity
"Working with a real engineer, on a real engineering project has enthused my students. They loved the idea that they were solving a problem that needed solving and not just doing an exercise. Through the project they have improved their communication skills, their team working skills and had a taste of what engineering can offer."
"Bill has been a great asset to the D&T department in the delivery of STEM projects as his enthusiasm and industrial experience has helped to motivate and raise the profile of STEM within the school. He has developed a strong working relationship with the students and staff and we now look forward to developing the STEM club." Blythe Bridge High School - on Bill Webster, STEM Ambassador
We look forward to working with you! |
